    I went to the dealership without an appointment and they got me in right away. I was driving my car and my tire pressure light came on. I pulled over and noticed I had a bolt in my tire. I drove to Progressive and they got my car in and fixed it right away. They didn’t turn me away because I didn’t have an appointment. They got my tire fixed in between what they were already doing. I was so appreciative!!

    Hunter was my contact when I came in, he is always so pleasant and helpful. The service techs got me in and out quickly. I appreciate that they never tell me I need something that I don't. I trust Progressive.

    The service of my vehicle was great but the time I waited once my car was done was unacceptable. I was notified by email that my car service was done but just finishing up a couple things. I waited for the advisor to come get me as I did the last time I was there. I waited until another customer mentioned that her was sitting done and no one said anything to her either. After 40 minutes of wasted time I went to the service advisor to inquire about my car. It was done, and I mentioned that I got a text 40 minutes before stating that and asking why no one came or I didn’t receive another text stating that. He said it was a new AI thing they were doing? It still doesn’t explain why I and another customer sat waiting when our vehicles were finished. She said it happened to her before but it was my first time. I’ve usually been in and out with no issues. I will give it one more try and if it happens again, I will find another please to have my service done on my vehicle.
